What we're building

A tool to take GDPR off your plate.

It doesn't exist yet. We're deciding what to build first with the people who do this work every day. We'd rather ask than promise.

When there's something to show, people on the list see it first.

The problems we want to solve

We started with the tasks that take DPOs and consultants the most time. Tell us in the survey if one is missing.

The record that goes out of date

Today: a spreadsheet reviewed once a year, if that.

We want: a record that asks to be updated when something changes.

Deadlines spread across many clients

Today: one calendar per client and reminders in your inbox.

We want: every deadline for every client in one view.

Evidence lost in folders

Today: proof of compliance sits in attachments and shared folders.

We want: each piece of evidence linked to the obligation it proves.

Data breaches against the clock

Today: 72 hours to assess, decide and notify, often from scratch.

We want: the next step always in view, and the notification already drafted.

Data subject requests on a deadline

Today: one month to find the data across several systems.

We want: know where to look and reply with a reviewed template.

Replies to the CNPD (Portugal's data protection authority) started from scratch

Today: gathering documents in a rush when a request arrives.

We want: documentation ready to send, in minutes.

How we think about AI

AI proposes, people decide

AI writes the first draft: a row in the record, a risk assessment, a reply to a data subject. The decision and the signature always belong to the person responsible.

Privacy by design

A GDPR tool has to set the example. Data hosted in the EU and only the data needed, from the first prototype.

Built with the people who use it

Survey answers and conversations with the list decide what comes first.

Survey and early access

Help decide what comes first.

Four questions. You can answer without giving your email, in which case your answer is anonymous.

  1. 1We read every answer and publish a summary in the newsletter.
  2. 2We invite some people on the list to a 30-minute call, if they agree.
  3. 3People on the list test first, with no commitment.
1. What is your role?
2. What takes you the most time? Choose up to three.
Please don't include names or data about clients or colleagues.
Want early access? Optional
